Charlotte (she/her) was born and raised in New Jersey and has called Charlottesville home since the summer of 2025. Still discovering the Blue Ridge, she can't imagine a better place to live and spends her days hiking with her English Shepherd, Buckey. With over 10 years in nonprofit operations, Charlotte is excited to put her systems-building experience to work for TWI.
